Revision 4 of the TM-1 October Schedule has been posted to the folder
We had a safe weekend.
Thanks to all AST LLC Employees we have been putting Safety First ! by working the past 38 days without a recordable injury.
Month to date as of 4pm: 1266 ‘A’ tons produced. 836 tons of which are Subway basesheet.
We had a significant stickies ‘event’ Thursday afternoon which required significant downtime, two forming fabric changes and a drain/vacuum/refill of the off machine white water silo. To add to the downtime on Saturday, a cooling fan failed on the forming roll drive and an incoming power voltage spike tripped breakers in the switchgear room.
Our next planned outage has been rescheduled to 03-November The updated schedule reflects this planned shutdown
