Here are some pictures from just outside the roll wrapper. What is going on here? Why can't we put trash in the proper place? I'm at a loss of words to describe how disappointed I am at this. I love how a 4th hand is just sitting here surrounded by trash as though he's completely oblivious to what is around him. This also brings up something else. If you see some trash on the floor, pick it up even if it not yours!
