Operators had some early morning difficulty threading up the machine due to blistering and holes .
As a result, we elected to change the felt and suction pressure roll.
Upon removal, inspection revealed several defects in the rubber cover (pictured below)
Other work completed:
Forming fabric has been replaced with a 109" trim fabric
Refiner Plates on #2 Refiner changed
PLC logic updates for Broke Chest
Instlallation fo filter holders in the paper machine drive cabinet doors
In addition, the TM1 Schedule has been updated to reflect production of additional 29-7/8" side rolls for HPC-South upon start up.
Finally and most importantly, we have now worked 44 consecutive days without a recordable injury. Thanks for working safely and keeping Safety First !
