Entrained air issues

Some of the things we tried today to help with the entrained air that we are seeing.

·         Swapped from white water pump # 1 to #2 to see if the air was coming from this pump.

·         Opened the bird screen bleed some more.

·         Lowered the blend chest out consistency from 4.0 to 3.8 and raised the machine chest out consistency from 3.3 to 3.6 to try and close off the dilution line at the machine chest outlet.

·         Tomorrow we may add water at the top of the machine chest to try and close the machine chest out consistency valve some more.
