Changes Done This Morning

We made some moves today to try and help with moisture in the sheet going to the Yankee.

1.       Turned back on retention aid at low levels to help drainage

2.       Diverted D.S. SPR save-all exit effluent to U-drain (removing dirtiest water from the system)

3.       Shut the WW silo drain to keep from overflowing the basement

4.       Set the rush drag to -200 to lower fan pump feed

a.       Controlling to MD tensile and not MD/CD ratio

b.      Bring refiners in line to control to around 23-2500 MD tensile-should also help drainage

c.       This also let us back off the refiners to have less fines and better drainage

5.       Cracked open up the new 12” line just enough to keep water from overflowing and flooding the ww pit

6.       Turned on flooded nip and cracked open new wire shower
