Note From Mike Sherbak on Production

Friday’s consumption vs inventory report from Melissa Kotarek in Green Bay (excerpt below) indicates we continue to be hand to mouth on Subway base sheet inventory at HPC-North.  We’ve run pretty well this month and produced 200 tons of Subway over the past three days which helps greatly as we gained 40 tons of inventory over current consumption.  Note that the current planning model shows 55 tons per day are being processed per day.  As we go into the PM day tomorrow it is critically important that we are on top of our game and execute well so we start up on time tomorrow afternoon.  Running at plan rates will place us in a position where we can help create a cushion of finished product inventory for Subway as well as 10-14 days of parent roll inventory in Green Bay to stay comfortably ahead of customer needs.

Please stay well hydrated throughout the coming weeks as the high temperatures/humidity are forecast to continue

and always, always Stop, Think and Ask

Think Safety, Work Safely,

Mike
