7/26 Update

Rough day with the Yankee drive motor going to ground.  The event happened around 7:00 AM in the morning, there was no alarm.  We ran very shortly while with the suction pressure roll drive motor moving the machine.  This brings up the importance of reviewing over the HMI displays and the machine in general religiously for anything that may be out of the ordinary.  If Mike did not catch it right away, we may have been changing out two motors.  We did not start making A roll tissue until 1 AM the next day.  Please note that at start up we have 2068 A tons produced.  We need to get as much production as we can to make the push to 2600 tons as best as we can.  Please note:

-1. The valve to switch broke to the broke chest was fixed on the down.  Make use of it if to prevent plugging the pulper.

-2. Check #7 damper at the start of each shift for the position.  Don’t assume it is in a certain position.

-3. It is only getting hotter out.  Keep yourself hydrated.
