As of this morning, we are at 1528 tons produced. That leaves 1072 tons left until we reach our goal of 2600 tons for the month. As well as we have been running, HPC-North is barely able to keep up with the demand from subway. We need to keep up the production, while keeping quality and safety our priorities.
A couple of notes:
-The automatic tail cutter is now in service. If there are any inconsistencies, please notify someone.
-The spool starter is expected to be fixed tomorrow. It is still rigged up, but we are not having runnability problems.
-The felt was washed with the ASC 2017 product twice this weekend.
-We had left off the DuBois Dupulse off after a batch wash. We need to keep running this product continuously for it to be successful. Please turn it off using the touch panel. There is a button on the bottom of the panel that reads Suspend All Dupulse Applications. Use this unless you have to lock it out for safety reasons. If there is a reason you need to shut off the program you must contact Scott or Ken.
-We had some blistering on the edges until the Dupulse system was re-engaged
-We are using the thicker stretch wrap until we get a new shipment in tomorrow.
-Be safe on our shutdown tomorrow. It will start at 5 AM
