Congratulations to the tissue machine crews. We have reached our goal of 2600 tons for the month. I know that everyone has been working extremely hard to reach this goal. Not only did we reach 2600 tons, but we did it safely. Please keep up the good work while staying safe. A couple of notes:
1. The blower fan for the fan pump will be coming on Friday. Until then, please keep monitoring the fan pump temperatures diligently.
2. We will be going to a 9.2# sheet at start up.
3. Keep an eye on the uhle box vacuum. We are a little higher than expected at this point of the felt life. If needed, we have a tote of the 2017 in the back.
4. We have been going through organizing and cleaning out the control room. Please keep all food and personal items in either your lockers or the break room. The cabinets and drawers are for storage of work related items. You can bring in a back pack into the control room and set it on the counter. Please police each other and clean up after yourself and others. I don’t think anyone wants the control room to be like it was before.
