Tool Board

I am working on giving you a respectable tool board.  When I am finished, it will be a shadow board with all of the tools you need for daily use.  I expect that the tools are taken care of and all of the tools are accounted for during every shift.  After a tool is used, it will be placed back on the tool board in the control room.  If the tools are not taken care of or not put back in their proper place after use, there will be disciplinary action.   Each member of AST deserves to have access to the proper tools to make certain a safe working environment.  Management will make sure that the tissue machine crews have the proper tools at their disposal.  If a tool breaks, please notify management so it may be replaced.  Please also notify management if an additional tool is needed for a safe working environment.  It is every crews responsibility, headed by the crew leader, to give the oncoming crew the tools in the same condition and in the proper placement.   Your hard work is appreciated and please keep working safe.
