Machine Shutdown 9/21

We will be going down at 6 AM.  After we come back up we will be doing a trial on the GBC grade 207.  The trial is in the control room.

1.       Have stock tanks to 50%

2.       Have pulp mill flush the deink chest with water.

3.       Empty the white water chest ASAP.

4.       Shut the stock system down and flush the lines.

5.       Wash the entire machine. Good.

6.       Wash down the white water chest walls.

7.       Bring 2017 down to the TS of the machine.

8.       After cleaning the felt, wash out with water and apply the Downy.

9.       Wash out the wets strength pump.
