We are extremely close to our goal of 2600 tons at 2165. Only 435 more to go. A couple of notes:
1. Check the roll wrapper every other set for debris and runnability. A checklist will be made that will have to be filled out at the beggining of every shift.
2. We had a complaint about the wrap being too tight. The settings were put at the lower limits of recommendations. Please observe the roll wrap.
3. AF50 is out of the system. If you encounter large amount of surface foam, plug it back in.
4. Rhett made grade corrections in terms of how the stretch affects the readings.
5. Rhett also moved the scanner height by adding shims.
6. We lost both blowers on the fan pump motors Wednesday. We are rigging up replacements today.
7. The Dubois chemicals will need to be changed out probably tomorrow during the day shift. Both totes are sitting by the office.
8. The second hands need to be more aware of what they are doing with the chemical additions and feed pumps. Make sure they know to ask questions and get a second opinion if they are not exactly sure about something.
9. Stay safe and hydrated.
