As of this morning we have 2033 tons left to make 2600. Counting the shutdown, that means we need 88.4 tons per day. We need to string together a good run of near 100 TPD output days to give us some wiggle room for when we have days like this last Friday. Keep up the good work and stay safe.
Couple of Notes:
-1 Check the uhle boxes once a shift.
-2 #7 damper control is available.
-3 The stretch target for 314 is now 9.
-4 Running at -200 on the rush drag, our CD physicals are more uniform.
-5 Washed the felt Friday, the felt perm went from a 77 to a 133. We seem to be running better.
-6 Use the knockdown shower when you use the slab shower. Using the slab shower alone causes stuff to be pushed through to the other side of the broke pulper and can cause breaks.
-7 If everything is running well please focus on cleaning up and helping cut cores so we do not run into not having enough.
