Process Changes

The Yankee pressure has been brought up to 110 psi.  We are attempting to have a good set of run time at this pressure to observe runnability and the interaction with the hood.  We also have purposely moved the Yankee lube cooling water to not fully go into the fresh water tank.  We are already dumping water on the ground, so it might as well be the unheated water and not the heated water.
