Notes from today’s shutdown

·         Changed the felt

·         Installed the new knock off shower on the wire

·         Installed a tensioner on the D/S of the press roll dr

·         Inspected and cleaned the refiners

·         Slitter maintenance was done

·         Adjusted the dry end hood away from the Yankee

·         Profiled the creping Dr

·         Changed the breast roll

·         Adjusted the breast roll closer to the forming roll on the drive side

·         Lowered the slice

·         Opened the headbox and checked the lexan sheet

·         Sanded the Yankee

·         Operator PM’s were completed

·         Scanner maintenance was done

·         Vacuumed the white water chest
