Shut down notes
Notes from today’s shutdown.

Did an overhead blow down of the machine room
Changed felt (Albany)
Installed new creping Dr. holder
Changed Yankee motor
Changed Forming roll motor
Changed the press roll encoder
Adjusted the press roll Dr. holder
Installed one new slitter head
Changed the DS bearing on wire guide roll
Changed the DS bearing on wire breaker roll
Changed the lube unit recirc pump
Vacuumed the silo
Slitter maintenance was done
Changed felt needle shower nozzles
Changed uhle box vacuum box covers
Covered the dry end cable trays with fire blanket
Verified the hood dampers are all working correctly
The drive shaft for the felt stretch roll was removed for repair and is still out of the machine
Operator PM’s were done
