Notes from today’s shutdown.
Changed felt (Albany)
Changed the wire to the 109” trim bead
Lowered the slice from .350 to .276
Soda blasted the Yankee head bolts
Checked the bird screen basket (some damage was found)
Vacuumed the silo
Slitter maintenance was done
Profiled the creping Dr.
New felt and wire guide paddles were installed
The tail cutter track was cleaned
Changed breast roll
Rebuilt the felt stretch roll gear box
Operator PM’s were done
The computer table in the control room was raised
