Immediate Attention

This is a trial to see if we are able to alleviate the current rash of tape being found in the rolls sent to HPC North.

1.       Only New Cores will be used

a.       These 50 rolls will be identified in the comments section by the lab techs

b.      Cut and properly mark the cores for identification reasons

2.       Employees will be retrained on the proper use of tape, (new cores and used)

a.       This includes, making sure they do not stretch the tape

b.      They do not pull it across different cores on the same reel

c.       They continue to use the paddle to press it down
